'Haven is the perfect description for our stay. The property was so unique. As it was October, Dena decorated the place with a Halloween theme. Didn't expect this so it was a nice pleasant surprise. Everything was as described. The retro arcade video game was a blast. Didn't have to spend quarters especially if one wasn't good. LOL Dena was a perfect host for our stay. 'The location was perfect for us as we explored/adventured on Lake Shasta and in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, and it was really clean. Check-in/out instructions were clear and very simple. I would definitely recommend this for visitors to this beautiful area who want to be off the beaten path. '

'Me and my wife and two huskies had a great time at their Shasta retreat. The host has the highest degree of attention to detail that I’ve ever seen and it was highly appreciated. They had great communication and just made sure that the accommodations were perfect so that we could enjoy our vacation, highly recommend and will return '
