'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'

'The rooms were not very clean—the bed sheets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. I reported this to the staff, but they did not offer to change them. While the staff was friendly, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. Additionally, one of the bathroom doors in the room was falling off, which was concerning. To make matters worse, when we left to go eat, staff entered our room without our authorization. This made us feel very uncomfortable. The rooms require a PIN for entry, but it...
