'AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!'

'Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.'

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. '

'We had the best time! The staff is amazing, especially our butler Josué Hidalgo… From booking dinners to reserving pickleball courts! He was so friendly and helpful. Also, Victor at the Hemingway Lounge kept the most delicious cocktails flowing. The beach is so beautiful and has everything you need… snorkeling, swimming, surfing and more.
