'We had great time while stayed there for 7 days. Staff are great and welcomed. Food were delicious but too bad we didn’t have a chance to try 2 restaurants that need to be reserved up front. The room that we had a bit smelled and we can’t used bathtub that missing the part . Just shower… '

'My wife and I had a great stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta! We appreciated the service, food and amenities! Initially I had a minor problem that turned out to be a misunderstanding. There is a lot of staff everywhere and always happy to help. Had a great experience at the Spa. Great service from Chris and a fantastic massage from Janet! '
