'We didnt got the trippleroom we booked, but a double room. There were a few stairs to take without a proper way to bring your suitecase easy. For people in wheelchairs it is impossible to go to your room The lobby erea and entrance is not inviting but a mess'

'I stayed here for 4 nights and had a really great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The swimming pool was also a great place to cool down during the hot days. What impressed me most was their kindness and care. On my last day, I injured my ankle, and one of the staff members immediately brought me ice and checked on me to make sure I was okay. It...

'Unfreundliche Personal schon am Rezeption, Kellner,dreckige Zimmer Bettwäsche, sehr schmutzig. Unglaubliches Gestanks und das war schlechteste Urlaub in Ägypten. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen. In Hurgada gibt’s viel, viel bessere und schönere Hotels. Für dieses Hotel gebe ich nur ein Stern. Ich Reise über 32 Jahre nach Hurghada und solche Katastrophe hab ich noch nie erlebt.'
