'We were disappointed to discover a small dark basement suite upon our arrival. The queen bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable and the pull out bed was comparable to one would you would expect at a sixth grade sleepover in the 1980’s.Despite listing the suite as a studio, the pictures show separate sleeping areas as ‘bedrooms’ causing confusion as to the actual size of the unit.Within 10 minutes of our arrival, we determined we wouldn’t be able to enjoy our vacation at this property and ended...

'Nice resort, we liked the room and loved sitting on the balcony, it had just a lovely view overlooking the beath. Very easy to find and close to Nanaimo, it's a 30 minute ride to the ferry.'

'Manna House (Eagle suite) is a clean, comfortable guest house. Immaculate furnishings and lots of conveniences to make the stay memorable. Private hot tub was greatly appreciated after our 5 hour hike to/from Sandy Island. Mark is a gracious host.'
