'Lincoln at the front desk was extremely fantastic and made sure we were taken care of. When we got to our room, it was on the first floor looking out at the parking lot. When I made my reservation through Expedia, I made sure to select a room with a water view. Lincoln was able to accommodate us with a water view without any issues, and we only waited 30 minutes for the new room to be ready. Our room had a balcony and it was absolutely perfect!
