'Allereerst bij inchecken, 17.15 uur, werd ons vertelt dat wij veel te laat waren( volgens reservering-gegevens inchecken vanaf 16.00 uur). Wij hebben 2 nachten overnacht in Cedar Cove, onze kamer is echter nooit schoongemaakt en verder werd het dak vernieuwd, heel veel lawaai dus en ook overal rommel van het vernieuwen van het dak op de veranda. Was onmogelijk om hier te zitten. Ontbijt was niet inclusief, bij navraag aan de balie naar een aanbeveling voor het ontbijt, werd niet gereageerd,...

'considering the prices and the overall renovated room, its okay not great. reception can be better with info and or willingness ! room was okay ( bathroom had spots on the ceiling) and sofa in the living room too old/ no boiler for some hot water. location is good but service can be improved on many departments. '

'Disappointing service for a luxury resort. We were not pleased with our recent stay. After a brief afternoon thunderstorm passed, the staff completely failed to reopen the pool restaurant or bar. I had to personally track down towels from the lobby, and numerous other guests were left completely confused as to why the beach and pool areas were completely abandoned with more than 5 hours of sunlight left. 'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...
