'Property is under construction. Our room was disgusting we had to wash our feet immediately after getting out of the shower because the floors made our feet so dirty immediately. There was red sauce like dried splats all over the floors and on the wall, dried boogers or something on the head board, the couch was torn up, some hook was broke in half on the wall. 'Very clean and has everything you need. A block from the beach and the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella made beach days great. The pool and hot tub were great too. '

'Cons first. The palm court Italian restaurant was awful. The waitress was wonderful but the food was horrible. Zero flavor, overcooked, or bad tasting. I cannot stress enough do not waste your money. Rooms. While great size the walls are extremely thin. We could hear EVERYTHING. Made sleep difficult. Elevators were always not working. We were on the 7th floor so we needed to use them but if I wasn’t I would have never touched them again Lastly, be prepared to pay for a lot. I recommend...

'The house was very cozy and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The walk to the beach was so close and easy and that stretch of beech is wonderful. Only notes: It would have been really nice to have some sort of privacy film or blinds on the window/door to the pool, it made the bedroom very dark having to keep that closed for privacy from people swimming. 'Our multi-family group loved this property - each family had private accommodations and the shared spaces were great for time together. The private dock and kayaks were a highlight. The kitchens had everything we needed for meals and the owners were great with their communications. '
