The housekeeping staffed argued with us about the amount of towels we were given. When we asked for more. We asked for towels and wash clothes. We never got wash clothes. There were 4 of us girls staying in a room. We went to the beach and pool. We used wash clothes to bathe with and wash our face with.
The ac in room 124 really needs to be addressed. It was reset and that did help but it was frustrating that I had to keep calling about issues.
One day we came back to our room being worked on. It was said an email and text was sent out to notify guests that their room was going to be worked on between certain hours. I did not get an email or a phone call or a text message. The manager advised that sometimes detect can bounce however I feel like there should be a back up notification, even if it means guest getting multiple notifications. Although it wasn’t a long wait, it was still upsetting because we saw all of our things on the floor and we weren’t there to secure our belongings. We were given a chance to walk-through afterwards and check our things. We were just taking a back when we came back to our room and saw the door wide open with people inside of it. We were compensated by giving us the resort fee and parking feedback. However, I feel like there should’ve been more compensation and a lot less grief that we were given when we asked for things I would say the whole stay was mediocre. The location is top-tier. The property is very nice. But needs work.
