« Exactly as pictured, tucked away little beach bungalow just steps from the beach. VERY quiet despite it being spring break. Place was IMMACULATE and didn’t show any signs of wear and tear like other rentals can show. Would absolutely stay here again in a heart beat and recommend to other couples. »

« Great location to downtown, beach. Kitchen and furnishing updated and in great condition. Negatives would be the lock on the backdoor, air conditioning from the ceiling that could not be controlled from our apartment. The pool was great and had plenty of seating. Only issue with the Dolphin apartment is the many windows, which kind of made it feel like living in a fish bowl. That might not be an issues for others. »

« Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. I also never got the original check-in email from the host, but again, I put the blame for that on Expedia, as our host responded very...
