'Top tier stay. I requested an upgrade (for a fee) to our room upon arrival and was given an ocean view balcony. The property is gorgeous and has great amenities. Will definitely be back!'

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'Rick the bell guy. Phenomenal!!!!!! The reason I return is because of him and his kindness. Everyone else is nice too but he's outstanding.'

'The Staff and services that they provided were excellent from the Room service to food delivery and the resort Transportation were so kind and so courageous and so fast . Enjoyed the stay and also the location of the room with bite of the Bay was great . It was a very nice experience .'

'Overall I was very pleased with the stay. The room/villa was very clean as was the entire property. The property and amenities were excellent. It was a mixed bag with the staff. The cleaning staff were very friendly and always very helpful, they were 5*. The front desk attendants were friendly and helpful but commonly in the back and not at the counter, especially at night. The valet at the shore house was fantastic, the valet at the main hotel were rude on the two occasions I had to use them...

'Perfect location with a private beach and a wonderful swimming pool! We loved having our own fire pit on the beach, which was set up by the super friendly staff, watching the sunset and making s’mores and having great take-out food and pizza conveniently from the hotel. We’ll be back!'
