« I am unsure how this place got such a great rating but I did not feel clean there at all. On our way out one of the workers in the elevator had a dead roach on his head and a cockroach the size of a golf ball just sitting on his pants leg. There was no elevator going to the parking garage. The only pro was that the place was right off the beach. I would not book here again. »

« Where to start? To start there is a "cleaning fee" that was mentioned no where in the listing that was to be paid before we could receive the access code for the room. Air conditioning is on a timer also the a/c's are linked together so when you put one on the other turns off. It is a PROCESS just to get the a/c's running correctly and as the landlord is explaining to you how to "correctly" use the a/c, he will complain endlessly about the electricity bill. Then magically when we got the a/c's...

« The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. The parking made it very easy for us since we had a car rental. It was safe and easy to get to. Would love to come back and stay here again. »

« Just a few things to mention: Washer bottom is rotting, I cut my finger on dryer handle that is a hazard since there is no handle just metal and bathroom cabinet needs updating bottom wood pieces rotted. Front main door need to slam to close and hard to lock sliding doors., I slept two days not being able to lock. The unit was clean and host fixed issue with blender immediately. The view was priceless. I would go back again and rent from this host very responsive! Clean and overall nice! ...
