'Our host was very responsive! We had no water one morning; we had a response within 10 minutes and were directed as to how to turn on the backup cistern. He answered our questions well!'

'This was our second year staying at this lovely unit and we hope to arrange 2-3 weeks next year! Location, beach, neighborhood (walkable to groceries, restaurants and entertainment). Quick Uber to airport and Old San Juan. Host is great - very helpful instruction book and responsive to any questions. We can't think of any negatives, except maybe remove the snow we came home to in CT!'

Great communication, beautiful condo, well kept, very comfortable and everyone in the building was welcoming.Appreciate the level of preparation for the event of a blackout.(lanterns and batteries) Luckily it was not necessary but it made us feel at ease.
