Vind je ideale hotel in Pine Island

'We have a great time to stay at this resort. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The kitchen area had everything you needed for cooking with a big fridge, new stove and microwave. We loved this resort because we saw some manatees swimming around the boat dock at the time we stayed. There are some restaurants nearby with the best seafood just minutes of walking. There is always someone there answering the phone when we call. Stephanie was very sweet and answered all my questions politely....

'We got locked out of our room because there locks weren’t working and they weren’t sure if the master key would work on not because they were off line. When we returned the morning staff never informed the evening staff and the issue was never fixed, however we were able to get into the room with a new key but they again weren’t sure if it was going to work. The next day upon checking out and asking how everything was I mentioned the lock out and the response was “oh yea, have a great day”. We...
