'The room was wonderful, beautiful views of the bay and beach. However the floors were filthy. Management needs to hire a tile cleaning company to professionally clean the floors. The dust mop method used by the hotel staff does not work. If you walk aroung barefooted in the room your feet WILL become black.'

'The staff and service were excellent. My husband and I stayed 1 night on the spur of the moment. Our air conditioner in our house in Punta Gorda was being replaced and it was unbearably hot at home. We decided to book a room at Four Points. We couldn't have been more pleased. The restaurant/bar were excellent for dinner and drinks a walk over to the TT's Tiki after dinner was what the doctor ordered. Will definitely recommend this to our guests and friends.'

'It was my first trip to the area. I had forgotten about the devastation Hurricane Ian had brought to the area. The renovated cottage is in great shape. Amazing views of the water - great when you've been working all day. Fast wi-fi, and everything I needed. It's on a road with some traffic, but I always pack ear plugs so that wasn't an issue. The host was great - easy to connect with and responsive!'
