'Clean and comfortable stay! '

'Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend...

'The property is part of a condominium community right on the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to historic St. Augustine. It had everything our family of four needed for our short vacation. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!'

'The condo was extremely nice and clean. The host was easily accessible when needed. I enjoyed the fact that it was located outside of all the busy traffic on A1A but within a 10 minute drive to the downtown hustle. I recommend driving across the club grounds and parking as close to the beach access as possible though. '

'Communication with Vito was exceptional. He reached out quite a few times before our stay with instructions and offers. He was very responsive when I asked about instructions before leaving. The condo was clean and comfortable, and incredibly close to the beach. It was also very quiet and a easy drive to downtown St. Augustine. '
