'I have stayed here for over 20 years and I have to say I have never been more disappointed. I understand they are going through construction, but this was a disaster. We had to change rooms because of the filth. When we got our next room it was also disgusting but at that point we just gave up. Are keys never worked, literally went through 10 keys. They shouldn’t stay open until they are finished. Disappointed!!!!!'

'This hotel is not like its pictured online. It is not updated and some things were falling apart. we had roaches in our room and reported a broken luggage rack. nothing was done to change our room or upgrade us. after watching a sunset we witness a couple and there young child playing in front of playa taco as RATS ran across the cement its only a miracle the child wasnt attacked. we reported it to front desk who said its florida its common here we checked out and left 4 days early, booked thru...

'I received a pedicure while a guest there. My pedicurist was a lot of fun. I relaxed, & we laughed a lot. SHe was professional, positive, and fun. The pedicure was pretty good, but the experience was excellent.'
