« Great rental right on the beach. The unit was remodeled so everything was new. The furnished beach chairs and umbrella made getting on the beach a breeze. The 2nd floor view of the beach from the patio was even better than pictured. Our first trip to AMI, but we will be back! »

« Very lovely place, a short walk to beach. Comfortable beds and washer and dryer. Limited kitchen supplies ( no coffee, salt pepper, spices), that would have been helpful. Also no beach chairs and the code is long and took all week to memorize. Other than these small things it was very lovely and enjoyable »

« Our first vacation on AMI—we’ll definitely return to Holmes Beach. The condo is in a perfect location for everything you want to do—beach time, dining out, shopping and spending time on the water. The owners have done a superb job of decorating and equipping the living space and the view is breathtaking. The sunsets were stunning. Thank you Cheryl for being the best host. »

« Overall, this is a well-located, comfortable condo in a great location, near shopping & restaurants and two blocks from a great beach. However, it's a bit run down and the description "Beach View Apartments" is hugely misleading! The complex is located behind a Publix and your view is either a wall, a parking lot or the little swimming pool between buildings. I think the next person will have a better stay, because I spent the better part of my week there requesting and fielding repairs:...
