'Breakfast was very decent. Parking was perfect the only issue that was terrible was the house keeping. Could have done a better job myself. The blankets were just pulled up pillows left exactly as we left them the trash bag in the restroom and living area were just thrown in there hanging over with no knot. It was a male Hispanic ( we are Hispanic too) no care or effort made at all and it showed. Terrible representation of the hotel!!!!!!! So disrespectful '

'We waren hier een week voor familie bezoek in San Jose. Vriendelijk personeel en dagelijks een verschoonde kamer. Ontbijt tot 9.00 was voor ons soms wat te vroeg ;-). Prima en betaalbaar alternatief voor het dure San Jose (30 minuten rijden). Houdt wel rekening met files richting SJ tot 10.00pm (en weer terug aan eind can de dag) Outlet malls naast de deur. Helaas in Gilroy zelf veel leegstand in de winkelstraat. Vanuit hier ook lekker snel aan het strand in Santa Cruz of het gezellige...

'All was OK. Have stayed at other Fairfield Inns that were better. But still an OK experience.'

'The entire place was unkempt, possibly under construction. No need for a ALARM SET at 5am heavy equipment operations in the back area will wake you up. I stayed for three days, no coffee maker that’s bad. Good size parking lot, just too far from town to get foodstuffs I’m glad I tried this place now I don’t ever want to return. Life lesson learned. 'The bedding was clean, but there were obvious dirty areas on walls and tables from previous guests. They do not deep clean. The shower was tricky to turn on, with no instructions. The TV remote didn't work. The bathroom door was permanently locked. It's a decent place to stay if you just need to sleep. '
