'I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through the Hotels.com app and paid the full amount up front as a non-refundable booking. When I arrived around 9 PM, I was denied entry. The front desk said they would not accept my online payment and demanded that I pay the full amount again in person. The staff member told me to cancel my non-refundable reservation and pay at the desk instead. I contacted Hotels.com support right away, but they were unable to reach the hotel. I sat there for close to 2...

'Simpel hotel, goed ontbijt'

'Room was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful.'

'Vriendelijk ontvangst.

'Everything was decent until we found roaches in our room. When notifying the front desk, they just looked down at the ground and gave us a copy of the receipt . Fred that works in the office.,Checking people in was very nice and helpful. He got us clean linen and was very kind. Breakfast was continental. Nothing special. The rest of the staff was friendly until we told him about the roaches . Spend a little extra if you want to have a cleaner room. $236 for one nightstay is a bit pricey to...

'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and...

'Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Good location.'

'It was very comfortable'
