'The hotel itself was great! The train coming through at all hours of the night multiple times was rough. The train woke us up so many times. The beds were very firm and the pillows were flat. The staff was amazing and helpful. The towels were always fresh when we got back from being out all day. I would come back if the train was not coming through at all hours.'

'Don't waste money on this hotel. Bathroom was moldy around the baseboards and ceiling. Refrigerator was moldy. One of the beds had several moldy stains on the blankets. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Toilet seat was stained brown. Shower was very stained. Bathroom walls look like someone peed on them and was never cleaned off. Floor felt dirty and gritty. Tv remote didn't work. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Hallways were dirty and ice machines look absolutely filthy.'

'The hotel was pleasantly surprising. The area for breakfast was vibrant and cute & parking was easy. We requested a high floor upon booking; day of check-in we called they had not put us in a top floor, but the staff was very prompt to make the correction without any bumps. As for the room, it was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was especially small & tight. Shower was a bit weird & scary; the floor creaked and felt as though any movement would send you through the floor & the facet handle...

'I arrived to “we don’t have a room available” I had booked this weeks in advance. Walking in it smelled like cigarettes and filth. The staff was not very friendly, did not greet us upon arrival and didn’t try to help us. Person, I believe the one in charge said “I tried to call you, but there was no number” hmm how did you try to call if there was no number. Must have been a blessing in disguise because I can’t imagine the rooms were any better.'

'On the one hand, I feel bad, as this property is maintained by what seems to be a small family of perhaps three people. On the other hand, the quality of the property is seriously questionable. The property is older and has been poorly maintained. The television in the room didn't work. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor overnight with condensation. When checking out, I tried to locate a member of staff to alert them to the AC issue, but no one was around, even when I rang the bell...

'Bed was super comfortable, water pressure wasn’t the best and water was only slightly warm. They did run out of breakfast the first morning there so we decided to just spend the money to eat out for breakfast as well. Other than that the room was good, decently clean. Staff were nice.'
