'Very close to beach access but the place needs some attention'

'Such a lovely place! Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood walkable to both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. The amenities are so nice. We appreciated the tram to the beach, resort style pool, bikes, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, and laundry. These made our stay so easy and relaxing. Thank you for a great stay, Diane Bernie! We hope to come back.'

'Only negative, if you're a cook, this probably isn't the unit for you. (cookware could use a refresh) Otherwise, great location, comfortable, great response from host, great space. nice deck up top!'

'The house was very nice. Close to the beach and about a 10-minute walk the nearest restaurants. The only issue we had was that the cable continued to go out during our stay. At night, we usually like to go to sleep with the TV on; however the cable kept cutting off. We contacted the host and the TV would come back on within 10 minutes, but then it'll shut down again. Other than that, it was a very nice location on 30A.'
