Hôtel près de Heights Shopping Center (Vancouver)

« This place was fantastic! They have a delicious restaurant too!! The pool sauna and hot tub are a great addition too. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back. »

« Bel hôtel, propre, personnel courtois, poli. Très grande suite, lit confortable. »

« Great breakfast and clean rooms. Poor noise cancellation between floors »

« So close to a freeway. Traffic noise didn’t die down until about midnight. The trains on the other side of the freeway didn’t bother me quite as much. It’s obviously under new management and maintenance is still ongoing. »

« Front desk closed at 10 pm so I had no place to stay had to pay for another hotel that had front desk open. I have stayed at other places using the same hotel name and they had staff 24x7 »

« I stayed here during a solo trip to Portland and had a great experience! As a woman traveling alone, I prefer a room on the second floor or higher, but I was initially assigned a first-floor accessible room. Although the hotel was fully booked, the front desk called the next day to offer me another room, which I truly appreciated. The staff and housekeeping were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of healthy options, fresh fruit, waffles, and of course,...

« Water filter in gym was a problem. »

« loved the stay and can’t wait to go back! »

« Room clean bed comfy great body products and quiet at night! All staff very pleasant and kind »

« The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well outfitted for general use. The sofa and ottoman were perfect for TV relaxing. The room is well lit. Lots of restaurants and shopping just steps away and a beautiful walking trail just out back. You could stay here for a month or longer without feeling hemmed in. My only suggestion would be to build in another shelf in the bathroom for sundry hair and makeup items. »

« Excellent »

« Great location. Very clean. Great place overall. Towels were a little scratchy. Walls were a bit thin, you could hear others and TV next door. Close to many restaurants and the mall was great. »

« Old hotel that would rely need a refurbishment. »
