'Front desk closed at 10 pm so I had no place to stay had to pay for another hotel that had front desk open. I have stayed at other places using the same hotel name and they had staff 24x7'

'So close to a freeway. Traffic noise didn’t die down until about midnight. The trains on the other side of the freeway didn’t bother me quite as much. It’s obviously under new management and maintenance is still ongoing.'

'Very nice'

'Great location to the airport & free shuttle access. Very clean, comfortable property with professional staff!'

'Goed'

'Ok hotel, comfortable bed, some parts need refurbishing. '

'Parking was good. We had access to the handicap parking we needed.'

'The room was clean and put together well. The staff member was very nice, I arrived very late with a toddler and she made check-in as fast as possible and was very kind. Check out was easy, I was just trying to hand over my cards but someone was already being helped, and seeing that I had my hands full the man at the desk very momentarily stopped what he was doing to take my cards and went back to helping the other guest, staying professional to us both.'

'Het ontbrak aan niets! Heerlijk buiten kunnen ontbijten zelfs.'

'Our go to hotel when we go to Vancouver for dog shows! The staff is great!'

'Smooth check in. Quiet room. Warm shower. May not go back considering they now charge $14 to park.'

'The price, very reasonable people are very friendly and hotel very clean.'

'Very convenient location as it’s close to the airport. Staff were very friendly and attentive.'
