'Property looked good on the outside but as soon as you step foot inside it’s a different story. The place is rundown although they almost do a good job of hiding it. Our hotel room door was broke and wouldn’t latch unless you pushed extra hard on it. It had a huge gap at the top between the door and the door frame. 'It was like being in a crackhouse there was black mold. The bathroom was super tiny. The toilet was meant for a child, so small . the price was about $40 too expensive. very disappointed. Would never go back. The positive was they had nice pillows.'

'Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located near the Vancouver mall with lots of dining options. We appreciated the in-room toaster and microwave. Overall, a great stay.'

'The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.'

'I am not sure how is this a Sheraton! The staff at the front desk was really not engaged, I did not even get hello on entry. I had to change my room because I was given a room right by the exit to the car park on the groun floor and as a single female traveller this was definitely not where I have ever been put! The property is tired! Pool needs serious renovation. It really is not what I expect from a Sheraton!'

'We we're there for enough time to sleep and eat breakfast. That's it. Only 1 elevator, One VERY SLOW elevator. It's not a bad hotel and honestly, I would absolutely stay again for a night to be at an early flight. It's not the most comfortable, but far from the worst hotel I ever been at. It serves it's main purpose and that's proximity to PDX. Price is good. Pull the trigger as long as you are searching for luxury.'
