Hôtel près de David Douglas Park (Vancouver)

« Bel hôtel, propre, personnel courtois, poli. Très grande suite, lit confortable. »

« Free good breakfast »

« So close to a freeway. Traffic noise didn’t die down until about midnight. The trains on the other side of the freeway didn’t bother me quite as much. It’s obviously under new management and maintenance is still ongoing. »

« Front desk closed at 10 pm so I had no place to stay had to pay for another hotel that had front desk open. I have stayed at other places using the same hotel name and they had staff 24x7 »

« We use this hotel any time we fly. »

« Comfortable. We’ll stay there again. »

« Room clean bed comfy great body products and quiet at night! All staff very pleasant and kind »

« Great location. Very clean. Great place overall. Towels were a little scratchy. Walls were a bit thin, you could hear others and TV next door. Close to many restaurants and the mall was great. »

« The room was clean and put together well. The staff member was very nice, I arrived very late with a toddler and she made check-in as fast as possible and was very kind. Check out was easy, I was just trying to hand over my cards but someone was already being helped, and seeing that I had my hands full the man at the desk very momentarily stopped what he was doing to take my cards and went back to helping the other guest, staying professional to us both. »

« Old hotel that would rely need a refurbishment. »

Personnel hyper serviable. A recommander ! »

« Water filter in gym was a problem. »
