'Property looked good on the outside but as soon as you step foot inside it’s a different story. The place is rundown although they almost do a good job of hiding it. Our hotel room door was broke and wouldn’t latch unless you pushed extra hard on it. It had a huge gap at the top between the door and the door frame. You could peek inside if you tried or were tall enough. You could also hear any conversation and passerby in the hallway, so obviously people outside could hear us. We asked to...

'Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located near the Vancouver mall with lots of dining options. We appreciated the in-room toaster and microwave. Overall, a great stay.'

'Goed en schoon hotel. Wel net over de grens in de staat Washington. Je denkt omdat je Portland boekt in de staat Oregon te zijn. Dat was even een instinkerdje ook omdat de TomTom nu redelijk in de war raakte!'

'The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.'

'It was like being in a crackhouse there was black mold. The bathroom was super tiny. The toilet was meant for a child, so small . the price was about $40 too expensive. very disappointed. Would never go back. The positive was they had nice pillows.'

'The front desk guy was very unpleasant! Not only did he not greet me but was very nice to everyone else. I came from Texas to Portland for my college graduation! I didn't have my card n he refuse to take tap! As a traveler I didn't know! I feel a one time accommodation could have been done! I had a hand full of stuff and exhausted from a long day!'
