'A pitty that I had to stay in another hotel the first night due to computer issues. That took me at least one hour extra travel. Next to that the breakfast in the other hotel was so poor'

'Prima airport hotel! '

'Very nice Hotel, friendly and competent staff. We had a great experience. '

'Check in was a problem and not handled well. Upon arriving I was accused of booking a single room, told I can see the email and I would have to pay an additional £15. It was not until I found my booking email that the booking was corrected. Makes you wonder if that is a scam. Bed was comfortable but the hotel is old and tired fine for the price but don’t expect much. Also factor in £60 to get from and to the hotel, it’s not walking distance '

'The rooms are similar to porter cabins with tiny prefab bathroom. We had insects in one of the beds. Ok for a cheap quick night stay before flight from Heathrow, but I would consider spending more for a reasonable quality room next time.'

'Was een klein, rustig en net hotel. Wij hadden een kamer op de begane grond, moesten een stukje door de tuin/patio wat erg leuk was. De staat van de kamer was netjes, modern en schoon. Handdoeken werden verschoond als ze op de grond lagen, dus elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken. 'goed voor één overnachting'

'The service was great'

'Very friendly staff'

'the Room was to small for 5 persons and there wer Bed sheets were dirty and Table and chair shower was not so good and there was no exhaust fan in toilet because of that toilet was stinky..etc..'

'Very close to Heathrow Airport and incredibly affordable. However the price speaks for itself. The open plan kitchen was nice to cook food in. There was lots of signs of wear and tear throughout the property.'

'Goed hotel vlakbij het station Hayes & Harlington dus zo in centrum Londen. Ook de supermarkt Asda op de hoek. Personeel erg vriendelijk bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt was redelijk maar hoeveel wil je eten? Kamers waren netjes en schoon'

'Woke up in a bed full of bugs!!!! They kept me awake all night because they were literally eating me, did not expect anything as disgusting as this. Don’t come to this place, it’s disgusting!! Had to go to the doctor because the bites were too bad'

'Safe and self contained, everything I needed. Spotless, clean and cosy'
