The office does not open until 9:00 AM, so I had to wait, assuming I needed to formally check out at all. I forgot to ask, but I was given credit for a deposit required immediately when I did, so that was good. « The location and the furniture in the place was pretty good, the structure of the place itself was rough. Dried yellow running water marks on the bedroom walls, peeling ceiling with what looked like mold in the top corner of the kitchen and lots of loose bathroom tiles with a hole in the floor. Just a very old and not maintained well building. »

« The property was immaculately clean and very well-maintained. This location was excellent for quick jaunts to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and even into downtown without having to stay downtown. The appliances were all in great condition and worked as expected and the HVAC was more than adequate. The host was communicative but not overly chatty so it didn't feel obtrusive at all. I recommend this property and host and we will definitely stay again. Thank you! »

« Fabulous accommodations. It’s an easy 25 minute walk to Liberty Bridge. We walked back at 10 or 11pm and felt perfectly safe. Highly recommend staying here. »
