'It was nice'

'Arrived to strong smell of pot on the fourth floor. Was told they couldn’t find it yet it was obvious if you simply stepped into the hallway. Was able to get our room moved which I was grateful for but was not given any refund for a smaller room. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Was good otherwise.'

'This hotel had excellent value in that they do not charge for overnight parking. This was the main reason I chose this hotel. It also featured a full buffet breakfast for no additional charge. The rooms are nice. My room did not have a microwave oven. The mini fridge didn’t keep my food cold so that was unfortunate. My only problem with my room was the bed. I had a room with 2 queen beds and both beds had zero support. For someone with back problems like me, it was difficult to sleep and I...

'Spacious room, although some minor repairs/upkeep were needed. Staff was lovely, bed was great. Was surprised to be charged $10 should I want to park in the hotel lot. This was a fiest for me. Plenty of parking on the street, as was my choice.'

'It was easy to book and photos listed on website were as hotel. Staff was friendly, peaceful surrounding, breakfast was better the expected. Location was great, away from traffic and walking distance from a store.'

'We loved the customer service we received by Ryan. He was very polite, kind and professional and helped us as soon as we got to the front desk. He gave us a perfect room and greeted us with a smile each time. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone.'

'Reserved because of the pool and it was out of service, and I wasn’t notified. That was disappointed.'

'Overall, the hotel is fine, with a nice location right off of CA-99. Staff was pleasant. The only issue is that everything is loud in the room, especially at night. Flush the toilet... it's loud. Turn on the faucet to wash your hands afterward... it's loud. Close the door to the bathroom, the click for the door is very loud. When you're trying not to disturb everyone else who may be sleeping, this was just something that I don't typically experience everywhere I stay.'

'Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the TV channels included NHK, a channel from Japan that I enjoyed. Room was located at the end of the hall next to an exterior door and I don't know if it was that door, or other room doors around me, but I heard door closings which seemed loud in my room, until late evening. The bathroom power outlets were not working so I had to use the hair dryer outside the bathroom. A minor inconvenience. Free breakfast is included and a nice amenity. Breakfast area...

'The shower drainage was the only problem. The water won’t go down while showering.'

'Interesting location, on the former air base of McClellan. Area is well maintained and looks beautiful with the flowers. Room was ok, cleanliness could be better and the facilities are outdated. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing, scrambled eggs were disgusting, and the rest was very basic.'

'Clean, comfortable and quiet--just what I needed for an overnight stay. Front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Also appreciated that it wasn't too expensive. Didn't use the pool or spa but it looked clean and inviting!'
