'The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. '

I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. '
