'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'

'The pool and hot tub was really good. The hotel itself probably needs a facelift. The staff was friendly. There wasn’t much to do around the hotel in walking distance, shopping, restaurants etc. If you have a car it’s ok if you have to use ride share be prepared to pay lots'

'GREED!!!! AFTER CRUISE OUR 3-15 FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED WE BOOKED DELTA FOR 3-17, PM. WE STAYED AT A POOR QUALITY HOTEL 3-15 AND 3-16 AFTER BEING UNABLE TO RENT A CAR OR FIND OTHER TRANSPORTATION. DELTA REBOOKED US FOR 3-19 PM. I WENT ONLINE TO SEEK A ROOM FOR 3-17, INCLUDING FAIRFIELD. I WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS, AND THEY LIKE MANY OTHERS HAD NO AVAILABILITY UNTIL DAYS LATER. 'La limpieza pésima cada 3 días y el señor de recepción en la noche muy mal servicio. Casi nos dice que no hay reserva cuando estaba todo pago le falta atención y limpieza. Muy poca gente y pobre el desayuno muy poco servicio '

'We flew in two days early for our cruise and stayed at this hotel. Pool was nice. Staff was super friendly. We were able to get an early check-in 24 hour coffee. Lots of shopping close by to pick up those items you might need. Hotel was clean safe continental breakfast was nice. Complementary airport shuttle was perfect. Did not take long at all to be picked up. This hotel offers a cruise shuttle for a surcharge and was well organized. Would recommend it pre-cruise or post cruise hotel'
