'Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.'

'Really comfortable hotel, perfect before early morning flights. Complimentary shuttle was available any hour (even at 4am). Unfortunately my inbound flight was delayed by just too much so I was too late for the pool, which closed at 9pm. But their bar was at least still open with some nice food.'

'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'

'The property was a old and a little tired. Cold tile floors in the room. The staff was the shining star. They were all friendly, answered all of my questions and aside from a little miscommunication about the start of breakfast, (6:30) not what I understood, they could not have been nicer. The nearby dining was limited to Taco Bell and McDonalds. Anything else was an Uber ride away.'

'Property had AC issues and we needed to change rooms. The doors are difficult to close; areas are rusted and hinges on doors are not fully intact. Not to mention the stairs have sloppy concrete on the sides. Otherwise inside the apartment was nice and room service was very consistent. Be aware there are cleaning fees of about $50 per day so make sure you add it to the night stay and they expect it to be paid upfront during check in. I don’t believe that is fair to be charged so much when it’s up...
