'The bar staff were extremely slow or unresponsive. The gym was way too small for the size property. I really enjoyed the fire pit area and spa. The pools were nice for a quick cool off but not swimming.'

'Very clean staff was nice. Amazing coffee maker in lobby open all the time. The machine grinds the beans fresh with every cup. Major bonus.'

'The man who checked us in is very nice and polite but I didn’t recall his name because I was tired from traveling but he was very friendly and helpful with information and instructions as to the location of our room'

'under beds needs better cleaning. bathroom toilet seat needs cleaning (room 519) tighten. faucet needs maintenance both tub and sink.'

'Housekeeping came at 9 am way too early. Maybe add some outdoor entertainment'

'Only one elevator working and it was the slowest elevator ever, especially since there is only 5 floors! The lobby is bright and welcoming, but the room, while clean, had dark furniture and dark carpeting and are generally just not very bright and cheery. We have stayed here before and had no issues either the room but this time the air conditioner seemed to blow bad smelling air. It might have been due to the standing water on the flat roof outside our window.'
