'The staff is friendly, sympathetic, and accommodating. The hotel offers amazing shuttle service in demand that takes visitors from Conference Center to any point in a mile radius / Emory campus and medical facilities. Food at the restaurants is great, spaces are comfortable and thoughtful with plugs and WiFi, and rooms are modern and well laid out. The outdoor spaces are very zen, an oasis in an urban setting. Best option if visiting Emory. Best option '

'The interior of the room itself was clean and the family that runs the hotel was very nice and helpful however the walls are paper thin could hear the man next door on the phone all night, the hallways reeked like smoke and marijuana even tho our room was non smoking, there was no elevator and I had a bad knee and only room available was 2nd floor. High stairs was an issue but we made it after 3 nights. Just be aware of those issues. '

'The room was clean but lighting could have been better. Hotel is changing from Wyndham to Fairmont by Marriott as of Feb. 25 which created some confusion. Staff were pleasant and heipful.'
