'Better communication re : available parking for renters as we got a sticker on our driver window. Clear indication of address ( on university property ) kitchen utensils, had to request curtains for glass doors several times. making clients aware initial check in does not require butterfly’s app. Location good for our needs …. 'The room was fairly clean but not well stocked with essentials such as enough paper towels and additional wash clothes and towels. The stay itself was okay. There was a lot of noise during the entire stay from the floor above. It was constant and very tiring. The unit we were in was 411. '
