'The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too soft and the sheets were not soft enough. There were no blackout currents and bright lights shined through our window all night.'

The hotel offers amazing shuttle service in demand that takes visitors from Conference Center to any point in a mile radius / Emory campus and medical facilities. Food at the restaurants is great, spaces are comfortable and thoughtful with plugs and WiFi, and rooms are modern and well laid out. The outdoor spaces are very zen, an oasis in an urban setting. Best option if visiting Emory. Best option '

'I had hair in my shower and some black substance not sure if it was mildew or mold. The pool area was clean but the water was very cloudy and the staff didn’t have any control over the pool rules.The kids were out of control running and jumping in the pool. My little ones didn’t stand a chance. We will not pick this hotel again. When I address my concerns it was like talking to a brick wall. 'The room was clean but lighting could have been better. Hotel is changing from Wyndham to Fairmont by Marriott as of Feb. 25 which created some confusion. Staff were pleasant and heipful.'
