'Hotel is busy with renovation. We received a recently renoved room, which was really nice Only the bathroom not so big and no hangers enough for the towels. Further all was nice. Breakfast good..only not enough tables..sometimes you have to wait for a place.'

'Everything was perfect. Great selection of breakfast, rooms are clean and big enough, fast room service, gym was fine and people are very friendly at the reception. This hotel is my all time favorite in Almaty and would defiantly recommend this hotel with European standards. One remark, try to get a room on the back side of the building as the street side can be a little noisy for sensitive sleepers.'

'It's pretty hotel in city center of Almaty. It's located near underground station "Almaty". A lot of bars and restaurants are near hotel. For extra money (5000tg) you can order very good breakfast. '

'Room was very freshly equipped and very cozy and spacious. Simple but nice hotel - the drawback was that the reception was small with only one desk. The location is very convenient and closer to the airport - the Yandex Go taxi ride at night from the airport was only 1,900 kzt (USD3.5).'

'It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.'

'Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. Завтраки приносят в номер во сколько вы пожелаете. Даже местные на геликах и других дорогих машинах в этом отеле останавливаются. Вообщем цена качество просто супер. Особенная благодарность Ансару '
