'Relatively clean. Great location for walking everywhere in town. The property is thrown together very poorly for the price though. Renovations are bad DIY. 1 very small bedroom window that won’t open so limited sunlight/fresh air when you want it in this sunny beach town. But then bedroom has crummy broken shade that won’t block out nighttime street lamp that annoys while you’re trying to sleep at night. No outlets/phone charger next to BOTH sides of bed. Really? 'The apartment is spacious and has ample cupboards and closets for a vacation for family or friends. It is conveniently located in town and near the beach.. A block away from Gasparilla Inn.'

'Too cold for pool. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. Can tell it is an older hotel but for our one night stay it was perfect. A/C unit was loud and my husband kept waking up but I had no problem sleeping. There is a bar/eating place nearby. '
