Ryokans in Station Yamanouchi

'We had a great time! Beautiful room with great amenities! Onsen in balcony was the best thing. Room service was on point and all the staff were very attentive and very very nice! On the way back home on a rainy day one of the female staff kindly came outside and helped me carry suit case in taxi. She kindly told me to get in the car first because it’s raining and she said she will take care of suit case. I am very pleased with this Omotenashi service and I have so much respect and appreciation....

'It's Kyoto, you're going to walk regardless. My room was close to the smoking balcony, so you can catch a whip because it can go through the aircon vent. Free coffee, tea, and hot water. Great curry and ramen restaurants a few blocks away. Overall 10/10'
