'Extremely disappointing experience. The only positives were the neighborhood and the elevator access. Upon arrival, the sliding door to the bathroom was inoperable. We immediately contacted the host and got an unhelpful response a day later. Without a bathroom door, there was no privacy at all. I managed to get the door closed, only to become stuck in the bathroom for over 30 minutes. We debated whether to call emergency services but I ultimately used a tool from my toiletry kit to get the door...
