'I expected better from a Best Western. The evening front desk was friendly and tried to help. Our TV did not work. The front desk lady gave us a different remote and turned it off and on. She said to wait 7 minutes and it would work. It did not. We were already in PJ's so just went to bed. I like to watch TV before I sleep and in the morning to watch the weather especially on a trip. 'Room was not clean, then they cleaned it and it still smelled bad and there were pieces of food on the floor. We only had 2 towels for 4 people and the desk agent wasn’t there half the time to ask for any. There was not any coffee really available and if there was there was no creamer. 'Door handle to our room was not adjusted or installed wrong because it only worked some of the time. Person behind the counter seemed irritated that I was disturbing her during check in. Best thing about this location was the proximity to the beach. '

'Laundry was inoperable, motel was run down, no amenities, there were holes in the sheets and curtains, no place to get to to eat, uber and taxis extremely hard to get. Would not recommend EVER '
