Located on Galveston Island`s Grand Beach, between Stewart Beach and East Beach Park. This community has the best of both worlds as it offers a tranquil, relaxed beach lifestyle within 10 minutes of historical downtown Galveston, with its dining, shopping, and entertainment. The spacious 2-story house has ~2,481 SQFT of living space plus over ~650 SQFT of Gulf view covered deck area exquisitely furnished with products from Restoration Hardware. This property has 4 King-size bed ensuites, 1 ensuite bunk bedroom with 2 custom-built bunk beds, and a half bath on the first floor convenient to the open-concept living. This beach house can accommodate groups of up to 12 people.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

Traveling around Galveston Island is almost always done via car. The island has taxi services as well as Uber/Lyft. There are also bicycles available for rental to ride on the Seawall or beach. Pedego is the closest electric bike rental shop located nearby about 0.7 miles (15-minute walk) from our home.

NEW CONSTRUCTION: The home is located in a developing community. There is construction going on in the neighborhood and we do not know how long to expect construction to last on any neighboring house. You may reserve a house but we regret to inform any inconvenience that may result. We have no control over these situations and are unable to refund your money.
BUGS: Ants, mosquitos, cockroaches, silverfishes, spiders, love bugs, big bugs, small bugs, and all kinds of bugs are part of Galveston`s life. You might see them unexpectedly during your stay. To control these pests, the house has been and will continue to be sprayed quarterly by our local pest control company. Per our pest control company, the spraying does not prevent them from crawling or flying in during the open and close of getting in and out of the house. However, if they do get in, they won`t survive. Do not leave doors open; close doors immediately after use to prevent and minimize bugs from entering the home. Turning off the outside lights at the doorways also helps minimize bugs from getting inside as lights attract bugs and mosquitoes. Do not bring food, snacks, candy into the bedrooms to prevent ants. Do not leave food crumbs on the floor inside the house that will attract cockroaches and ants, or on the ground floor outside near the grill and tables that will attract bugs, ants, and possibly wild animals such as raccoons or opossums.
