Flats in Front Range

'Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all. Toiletries were basic, suggest avoiding them. No other amenities or...

'We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was perfect for our family of three. Very quiet and peaceful. The best part was being able to hear and see the river right outside the deck. One morning we watched a herd of elk including several bucks, cows, and calves for several hours! It was a once in a lifetime experience! We loved being walking distance to downtown and the trolley stops when our daughter was too tired to walk. The condo was clean and had great amenities. Great communication with the...

'We chose this unit because there were very few steps inside and out. The place was very clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful scenery, well maintained hot tub, close to RMNP. The only recommendation we may have is to add a shower wand to the master bath shower. Would absolutely come back to this location!!'

'Great property with wonderful views. Great location with easy access to town and RMNP.'

'Great place, even better location.'

'This is a great place to stay being centrally located to town & very family friendly .'

'The unit was very nice, spacious and clean. Loved that it has a brand new washer and dryer, as we were able to clean our clothes following our rafting trip. TV works, great location, just steps away from the lake and 5 min from the park entrance. Coffee and breakfast place is attached to the building, was very good. Can’t wait to get back to Grand Lake.'

'Cleaning was over priced we had to leave towels in dryer. Coffee maker had dirty filter left in it. Patio window dirty! Dining table dirty! Paper towel dirty on top, no recycling. Pillows flat!!! Had to find dumpster to remove all garbage before leaving. Batteries dead in remote and clock!! No smoking and we smelt pot smoke in hallway! No pets and got woke up by barking dog!!'

'Was an awesome stay! Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area!'

'Absolutely gorgeous location next to a babbling brook. Exactly what we needed and so cozy.'
