'Good central location. House had plenty of room. It's a 2 story house with several steps up to the front door. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on 1st floor. There is a step down into the living room and a step up into the kitchen floor. Master and 2nd bath upstairs. Kitchen needs a good deep cleaning. The baseboards also need cleaning.
