We stayed on the 6th floor and the carpet and tiles were grubby on that floor
It had a club med feel with some folks walking around in the hotel shirtless and without shoes
Your team were inattentive with drink and food orders when we were sitting by the pool
I requested the sofa bed be made up ahead of us arriving, which you confirmed it would be. It wasn't. It then took numerous follows up once I arrived to get the bed made up. This wasn't completed until 5 hours after I arrived.
The elevator situation was not acceptable. We had to plan for a several minute wait to get up or down to our floor. Sometimes only 2 elevators of the 4 were available to us with one being reserved for Nube and for some reason another one being stuck on the first floor
For two days our shower was barely warm so we were forced to take cold showers
