« A little scruffy but you’re in a world class destination and what do you really need beside a hot shower(on demand), a queen bed that’s comfy and a little table and chairs by the barbecue w/a fenced private yard for man’s best friend! We loved it as a jump off to this amazing California Coast. »

« My friend and I had the most rewarding and relaxing 5 day retreat into the gorgeous Redwoods and garden oasis of this delightful and comfortably roomy cottage just 1 minute drive from the lovely town of Mendocino. « We traded 113 degree heat for 63 degrees to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was 5 days of relaxing bliss with just us and our fur baby. The cottage is adorable and was perfect for the three of us. We loved the location overlooking the ocean and a hop, skip and a jump from Mendocino and Fort Bragg. It felt like it was a little hideaway and would love to visit again! »

« Perfect location. Not a place to stay if you have mobility issues. You have to walk in from the street where you have space to park one car. The bathroom is three steps up from the living space, and of course, the bedroom is up the spiral staircase. There is a sofa bed in the living area that folds out into a bed for those who can't make it up the stairs. The kitchen really isn't a kitchen, think more along the lines of what you would get in a motel room...basic small fridge, microwave, coffee...

« The property was great, better than I expected. The motion dedicated outside lights were not timed properly, but other than that it was wonderful. Even the rain couldn't change to relaxing time it probably helped. Have recommended to friends and family. »
