« We had a great time at the Roost Cabin. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck taking in the scenery. We loved the area and took several hikes at the nearby Calaveras Big Trees park and also drove up to Lake Alpine. We would definitely love to come to this cabin again. »

« We stayed at the Granite Cabin for a Father’s Day family get together. The cabin was clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Although close to the highway, traffic noise was limited during the day and quiet at night. Strawberry is a nice corner of the Sierra Nevada. Plan on cooking your meals early in the week as local restaurants are closed. We likely will stay at the cabin again. »

« Our stay at Arnold’s Cozy Cabin was perfect! The house is beautiful and nestled among the pines in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the kindest neighbors. It was a convenient drive to the supermarket (less than 5 minutes), coffee shop, Big Trees, White Pines Lake, and Murphy’s were all a short drive away too, which made our stay very memorable and enjoyable. « The house was wonderful! It was beautiful, with plenty of space for our family and in a location near Calaveras Big Trees State Park. We were ten people and there were large cooking pots and a well equipped kitchen. The deck was a highlight, spacious and looking out into the forest. The neighborhood was quiet and a pretty place to go for walks. « I loved the location of this cabin in the woods. I drove to Pinecrest every day, spent the day and then came back to sleep. I saw beautiful chickens and hens one day, and pheasants another day. The small lake was like a dream. The cabin was perfect for us. We used the kitchen to prep food in the morning and headed to Pinecrest. Super sharp knives were appreciated.
