« The host was prompt and responsive, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay.The lower-level heat was not functioning (with outdoor temperatures around -5C). Portable space heaters were provided, but they needed to be used continuously and repeatedly tripped the breakers, making it difficult to keep the area consistently warm. The breaker panel was located in a cellar beneath a trap-door-style access, which was not readily accessible, making resets...

« We had a really lovely stay — everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The space felt very welcoming, and we appreciated how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. The kitchen and washroom being well-stocked were such a nice surprise and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay — honestly a 100/10 experience!
