'Les photos sont attirantes mais la réalité est toute autre. C´est un très grand hotel avec de multiples batiments. Tout est assez ancien et très moyennement entretenu. Notre suite était grande mais pas très propre, partout des carpettes anciennes et pleines de taches. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. La chambre dans le batiment 6 etait terriblement bruyante car il y a à chaque étage une piece avec des machines des airconditionnés qui produisent un bruit effrayant jour et nuit. De plus le samedi matin à 8h le personnel faisait des déménagements de meubles en claquant les portes! Le personnel de la réception ne s´est meme pas excusé. L´hotel est principalement utilisé par des voyageurs avant ou après un départ en croisière, le personnel ne fait aucun effort puisque l´hotel est plein. Très triste et une honte pour la chaine Radisson! A éviter! "
