'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'Hotel staff was great. Primary issue was safety. This man followed me to my floor/and then outside my room. And there are no cameras in the elevators nor hallways. I did not feel safe. '

'Staff was very nice but informed me when I arrived at 10:30 that they were overbooked and could not accommodate me. I showed them my expedia reservation and they said they could not honor. After much arguing they agreed to put me in a room with a busted-up shower/bath where I could not bathe. They very kindly allowed me to bathe in another guest's bathroom after they checked out. NO compensation was offered for this inconvience. Elevator was broken so I had to roll my suitcase down three flights...

'According to price, it is what to be expected. Although the photo's on the website did not match the room. Everything was there. A good bed, a private bathroom and a kichinette. A bit far the nearest shops (supermarket). But nice, quiet, perfect communication. Very well explained in emails upfront arrival about door access etc.'

'AMAZING!!! Do NOT listen to all of the negative reviews. When I first found this listing I was really unsure because there was so many bad reviews. I took a chance and booked anyway. The stay was phenomenal. Check in was super easy and the company/host was very responsive. Very close to train station as well. They sent text messages and even let us know the room was ready for check in around 2pm instead of waiting until 4pm check in. The room was super clean and nice. No issues with anything....

'Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. '

'The guy was mean never buy a hotel here, he trying to steal my 60 dollars. He telling me to give the hotel a positive review so I get my money back this is crazy. The guy has no ethics and he do anything to get money from you. Terrible business he was trying to charge me an extra 20 dollars to bring a guest. This was by far the worst experience I ever had! '
